Owner Profile
Wade Coates is a second generation surveyor specializing in construction surveying services. He has 35 plus years of project experience starting as a chainman to becoming a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor, He honed his surveying skills helping to operate a family owned survey company (Coates Surveying Service) which was owned by his Father who was a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor and Civil Engineer in the States of California and Washington. He gained experience in all phases Of surveying including construction, design build, settlement monitoring, topographic, boundary, easement and right of way surveys. Wade Coates eventually branched off and started his own company in 2007 and is the current owner of W.E. Coates Surveying.
